Teamwork That Drives Superior Collaboration

Tammy Kehe, Owner and President of Network Affiliates, carries a deep admiration for her experiences with the late Norton Frickey who pioneered legal advertising and personally hired Kehe in 1987.

After more than 30 years of committed tenure, her ascent within the organization is a point of pride and testament to her unwavering belief in Network’s singular purpose: to provide exclusive, loyal marketing partnerships, superior expertise and results to attorneys across the country.

Kehe has been a recognized speaker and panelist at both local and national legal conventions. She is a published thought-leader and particularly enjoys exploring and demonstrating the power of extraordinary branding—and that no matter the market challenge, incredible things are possible when collaboration, creativity, and wicked strategy are leveraged in new and exciting ways.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations at Network Affiliates, Kehe is deeply invested in the individual success of every Network member along with the goals and aspirations they have for their firms, their families, and communities.

Tammy is a proud Colorado native with a deep commitment to family. While in college at the University of Colorado Boulder, she met the love of her life, Eric, and together they’ve raised three incredible young men who all share a passion for sports. “Bleachers are my life!” she says. “And life is very good!”

Bridget has more than 15 years of advertising experience, including media research, planning, buying, auditing, and account management. Her first marketing job came while in college as an Account Management intern at Network Affiliates in 1995! Her fondness for numbers and data drew her to the world of media, where she enjoys creating and utilizing efficient processes to strategize and implement strong media placement. From the beginning to the end of a campaign, she treats each client’s dollar as if it were her own.

Bridget has a Business degree with an emphasis in marketing & international business from the University of Colorado. She’s a Colorado native and enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and reading a good book.  She also loves good ole’ American road-trips and mountain hikes with her family.

It’s hard to explain what a Vice President of production services does. Some days I sit in that big director’s chair and yell “action”. Other days I sit in a room with our amazing and talented creative staff thinking of the next great legal creative campaign that will generate all kinds of leads and cases. And others, I’m sitting in an edit suite nitpicking over the tiniest of details, because what may seem like a trivial detail actually makes a big difference in the end product. I’m very grateful to work with such an amazing group of creatives, producers, editors, sound engineers, colorists, photographers and on and on. We take a lot of pride in what we do at Network, and we do legal creative like nobody else. We know our creative isn’t meant for every law firm, but what we do know is we’re going to give it everything we’ve got to make sure the clients we do work with have the best creative in their market, and are blowing the doors off the competition. I love what I do, I love this place, and I’m very proud of what we create.

Kara Wilkoff is a true Renaissance woman. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver with a major in Statistics and a minor in Psychology. Before she became an on-set Producer and Casting Director at Network Affiliates, Kara was the Budget & Operations Manager for a local non-profit and even became a Registered Nurse (RN)! In 2016, she joined a talent agency and began her acting career; and she did all of this while being a loving partner and committed parent to three children.

Kara brings organization, creativity, and high-level communication to all production projects at Network Affiliates. Her passion for people and client-first mentality make Kara extremely personable, giving clients room to explore their own creativity in a safe, collaborative environment.

When Kara’s not busy being creative you’ll find her enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends. Kara is an athlete and enjoys running, hiking, and playing sports.

Emily Frickey has been instrumental in creating and managing the addition of digital services to the Network’s service roster and is the brainchild behind the Networks analytical approach to a holistic marketing strategy, tying in Traditional and Digital marketing tactics. Committed to exceptional customer service, Emily enjoys helping clients realize their digital goals through a combination of technology, web development, and strategic, client-­focused design. With the addition of OTT (over-the-top Television) the world of Traditional and Digital media is converging, which lends itself to the unique approach Emily has helped clients view their overall marketing strategy for years. With the help of her team, Emily has guided many Network clients through an ever-­evolving digital landscape with great success.

Adrianne Patton, or Adi, as we like to call her, has served as the Staff Accountant on the Network Affiliates team since April 2017. With nearly a decade of administrative accounting experience, Adi brings efficiency and integrity to our company’s financial recording processes. She aides in maintaining daily, financial operations while working closely with the media team to produce timely and accurate billing for our clients. Adi is a Colorado native and is honored to work for a Colorado proud company alongside great co-works and high end clientele. One of her career highlights is the selfie she managed to capture with David Gruber! When Adi isn’t working, she loves getting into the next home improvement project with her husband, Adam, or playing in the sun with her two Aussies, Indy and Toby.

An Account Director at Network Affiliates since the mid-90s, Brian serves as a primary point person between the agency and the attorney advertising clients. He tries to approach each work day with a simple motto –understand what the client is saying or asking, respond as promptly and appropriately as possible and learn something new. “I’m very ‘seasoned’ in my role at Network Affiliates. I don’t know all the answers, but I’m completely focused on finding a right answer…and the best solution. Network Affiliates is a wonderfully collaborative agency that is exceptionally privileged to work with some of the country’s leading law firms. After 20+ years, I’m still honored to come to work each day.”

Brian has worked with numerous clients on their advertising and marketing campaigns including television, radio and print, and he’s even learned a thing or two about streaming services. He understands how to generate cases for you – whether through personal injury, workers comp, social security disability, or mass tort advertising campaigns.

A proud alumnus of Colorado State University, Brian enjoys his time away from the office at a Saturday tailgate, or on a high-country trail avoiding rattlesnakes and some the region’s other scary critters.

After more than 10 years in marketing, seven as a Media Buyer/Planner in the Automotive Industry, Kasey joined Network Affiliates’ Team in 2020.  “Planning and buying media within the automotive industry was a wonderful experience, but after a decade, I was ready to expand and grow my expertise within a new vertical .” So the Montreal native, and longtime resident of South Florida packed up her car and moved to Denver. “I’ve loved digging into media buying for personal injury attorneys. Although the mediums may be similar (TV, Cable, Radio, Outdoor and Streaming Media), the thought process for selling and stimulating demand for a product is vastly different than the thought process for elevating a brand and “selling” a professional service. My philosophy has always been to use a firm but fair approach in negotiating.” A proud alumnus of the University of Florida (Go Gators!), Kasey enjoys her time away from the office discovering her new hometown, learning to exercise at altitude and learning to ski (and drive in the snow). Outside of the fact I have a naked cat (Hi Drax!), most people are surprised to know I have a love of music and am an avid record collector.

Katie graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 2018 with a degree in Marketing and a degree Business Management. Growing up in Nebraska, Katie and her family would vacation in Breckenridge every year. She was attracted to Colorado’s energy, its outdoor recreation, and the opportunity to explore a new mountain town every weekend! So, after graduation, Katie moved to make Colorado her forever home.

In the summer, Katie can be found hiking, camping, traveling, going to farmer’s markets, and practicing yoga. In the winter, you’ll find her on the ski slopes or, more likely, inside the lodge by the fire. Katie is thankful to find family and community at Network Affiliates, which has become her home away from home.

Kirk grew up in Littleton, Colorado causing trouble and playing instruments from an early age. After a tour of Colorado colleges, he graduated from CU Denver with a degree in Music Technology. After college, he worked as a sound designer for a theatre before working at Crosspoint as a tape operator. During this time, Kirk also worked with local musicians on recording projects and produced instrumental music for artists and commercial purposes. After a year, he moved to Longmont, Colorado and worked for a broadcast company as a video editor and delivery coordinator. In 2010, Kirk returned to Crosspoint and took over the audio department. Since then, he has designed, edited, and mixed all audio content while also recording studio and location sessions and shoots. In his free time, Kirk continues to record, mix, and master music for artists across the country and tinkers with a variety of noise making devices in his home studio. When not playing with noises, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with his dog, Coda.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the creative field, Megan worked for seven years on the Ford Automotive Account at J. Walter Thompson Advertising in Denver and Chicago. As a freelance producer, she wrote and produced movie trailers for films such as Remember The Titans, The Grinch, and 102 Dalmatians, just to name a few.

In recent years, Megan has produced numerous infomercials for Bowflex and Drill Doctor, as well as a multitude of commercials for Ford, DuPont, Farberware, Miller Paint, and Originamics Real Estate. By tapping her inner-child, Megan has also brought her talents to the production of several award winning children’s educational projects.

When she’s not conjuring up and producing innovative eye catching marketing for her various clients, Megan and her energetic daughter stay busy defending the world from attacking space aliens, grumpy dragons, and enjoying all of the wonderful adventures living in Colorado can bring.

When Bon Jovi wrote and released the song “Who Says You Can’t Go Home,” Sonya quite literally took the song to heart. Following a successful career at Network Affiliates from 1995-2006, and a 16-year hiatus to raise her twins (and beloved pets), Sonya returned to the agency in early 2022.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Management of Information Systems, Sonya immediately accepted a position in client services. By nature, “I’m curious and a problem solver.” Whether that was formulating a sound strategy for a marketing campaign, managing schedules related to her children’s events and activities, and her husband’s business, along with some freelance writing interests and specialties, and now back at Network Affiliates picking up right where she left off in 2006, she remains committed to ensuring things run well, run right and are successful!. “I’m so excited to be back ‘home,’ helping our clients and their firms grow their business and elevate their brand.”

Originally from Venezuela, Javier moved to the U.S. in 2000 and received his B.F.A. with a concentration in graphic design at Colorado State University. With over 18 years of experience in advertising, he has worked with brands like CDOT, NREL and Babolat.

Badell deploys design skills with no boundaries to produce compelling visual solutions to the communication needs of clients. He is incredibly passionate about his work and is constantly aware of the latest trends in the industry. His specialties range from branding, print, digital and presentations, all the way to billboards.

He believes in seeking new and better creative answers to our clients’ marketing problems, and won’t stop until he’s found the best solution.

During his spare time Badell enjoys making abstract paintings, which add another dimension to his already multi-faceted creativity. He also loves exploring the outdoors with his family.

Amy joined Network Affiliates in the Fall of 2003,after spending 3 years at Mindshare-Denver and 3 years at Initiative Media as a Media Buyer,where she started in the advertising industry. Her responsibilities include planning and buying for all media-TV, CABLE,and RADIO. Amy is committed to achieving the best results for our clients. Born and raised in Iowa, Amy graduated from Iowa State University (go CYCLONES), in 1997.

Away from work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, and their three children Caiden, Gavin, and Ainsley.  In addition, Amy enjoys taking their dog for walks, kick boxing, and working in her flower garden.  Amy is our resident Reality TV junky,  when not attending one of her kids sporting events.

Jo Ann has been part of the Network Affiliates team since 1996. Originally from New York City, she has adapted well to the Colorado lifestyle while still maintaining her east coast edge!  Jo Ann is a seasoned media professional specializing in strategic media buying and planning who strives to produce creative, results driven media buys for her clients.  Her many years as a media buyer have honed her negotiation skills – giving her clients the best deals possible.  She fosters strong relationships with clients, vendors, co-workers and supports a “team/partnership” approach to producing results.

Jo Ann earned a degree in Communications Arts & Sciences from Queens College (CUNY)

In her time away from the office, Jo Ann enjoys spending time with her husband Rich and children, Samantha and Nicholas. In addition, she enjoys sports (she’s a sport’s radio junkie!), running with her dog, fitness, and everything Colorado has to offer.

Lisa has been an indispensable member of the Network Affiliates team since 1988. She contributes a wealth of media buying experience for Legal and Medical services and specializes in planning strategic multimedia advertising campaigns for our clients. She has a strong commitment to market research in an effort to understand our clients’ competitive environments and to ensure that our clients receive the maximum impact for their media dollars.

Away from work, Lisa enjoys biking, swimming and the outdoors with her two children, Jared and Emily.

Eric has been an integral part of the Network family since 1994. A native of Queens, NY, he came to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder and never left!  However, he still remains a true Mets, Jets, Knicks and Rangers fan. In his many years here, Eric has done it all!  His career in post-production has taken him from client services and tape room operator, to editor, producer, senior colorist, and director. The landscape of production and post has evolved over the years, and so has Eric’s wonderful artistic talents and contributions!

In his free time, Eric can be found spending time with his wife and their two beautiful children.  When he’s not rooting on his New York teams, Eric’s on the golf course or on the ice, skating with his recreational hockey team or hiking and snowboarding in the high country.

Josh grew up in Sheridan CO, then attended the Colorado Institute of Art with a degree in the Music & Video Business.

He volunteered at the Denver Government Access Chanel while in school and for several years after, learning the ropes of video production. Next, he worked at a company that did big screen video projection for conventions.

In 1993 he started working at Crosspoint as a taperoom operator. Before long, he had advanced to an assistant editor, helping produce commercials for Network Affiliates.

Josh was more interested in the technical, behind-the-scenes roles and moved to the engineering side – helping keep the facility running smoothly, along with researching new equipment purchases, installing new equipment, and fixing problems as they arose.

Along the way, he took on other responsibilities, like maintaining the phone system, managing the email system, and overall IT admin for Network Affiliates.

Today Josh is the go-to guy for computer questions, problem solving, and keeping everyone connected.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys hanging out with his nieces and their families.

Julienne has been responsible for all human resources, benefits, staffing, and payroll for Network Affiliates for almost 20 years and does everything possible to support our people. She also handles trademarking all of our TV commercials and advising on various legal issues that may arise.

Julienne graduated from Metropolitan State College with a BS degree in Human Resources Management, and from the University of Denver College of Law in 1994, with an emphasis in Labor and Employee Relations. Since then she has worked on behalf of employees and employers managing all aspects of human resources, initially for the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, then Lucent Technologies before joining Network Affiliates. A transplant from Nebraska, Idaho and New Mexico, Julienne has joyfully settled in Colorado with her husband Mike, and two children, Mikaela and Dominic. She spends her free time walking, doing cross-stitch, and enjoying the outdoors with her family and sweet puppy Sophie.

Todd has been Network’s CFO since 1996.  Todd is a seasoned CPA and over the course of his career has held positions in both public accounting and private industry.  During his tenure at Network Affiliates, he has acquired an acute understanding of our clients’ business, both operationally and financially.  He believes that objective, accurate financial and marketing data are critical to making sound business decisions in today’s increasingly competitive environment.  To this end, Todd surveys all our clients annually, requesting each firm’s unique KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and presents the data and insightful analysis at our spring meeting to all the participating firms.  Todd and his wife Julie recently celebrated their 27^th wedding anniversary and together they enjoy traveling and spoiling their new rescue dog, Buttercup.

Chelsea joins us as a Media Buyer/Planner, with a focus on fostering robust relationships with both media companies and the clients she represents. Before joining NetAff, Chelsea was a media maven for the national Shane Company brand, the largest privately owned jeweler in the United States, managing 14 markets and nurturing a legacy brand that stretches back over 95 years. As a result, she has a rich understanding of brand building and the growth opportunities that provides, and we know she’ll knock it out of the park. Speaking of parks… Chelsea also loves performance art… especially singing! Along with musical theater gigs, Chelsea has sung the National Anthem for our hometown heroes The Rockies not once, but twice!
